Print: Banksy Satire

£32.50

In this Banksy poster our innocent girl is angry. She does not know the meaning of the word ‘satire’ and presumes it is something that is bad. Of course, satire means ‘the use of humour, irony, exaggeration, or ridicule… particularly in the context of contemporary politics and other topical issues.’ In terms of Banks’s art it the use of the word is correct.
